Can you repair my phone?
Watch this space... Our technicians are Apple trained and registered, focusing hard on testing all outgoing stock. At the moment we don't offer a repair service other than warranty repairs, but keep your eyes peeled. The top dogs in charge are working hard on bringing in a repair service. The GRADE Mobile Repair Centre is on its way!
How long is delivery?
Free, Fast and Secure Delivery. We make sure that every order placed before 3 PM will be shipped out the same day with FREE 24-Hour delivery. But don't worry, anything that is ordered after 3 PM will be dispatched on the next working day; still with 24-Hour delivery.
What is the Grading System?
The grading system is an alphabetical scale which is used to classify the condition of consumer electronics from the used and refurbished industry. 'Grade A' (GRADE) is the highest level on the scale which is defined as a nearly new condition device with no signs of use at all.
Then we have the Grade A- devices which couldn't quite make it into the pristine category. These items may have some small signs of use but will still be in good condition.
Next is Grade B. The lower price is hard to resist and some of our most popular devices are sold in higher numbers when sold as Grade B. It's important to remember that the grade assigned to an item doesn't reflect its performance; everything is fully checked, tested and held to a high standard. Many customers choose Grade B for the lower price and slap on a case for a nice pop of colour.
What if I would like to return my product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Sometimes you just aren't happy with the colour or style, we get it, there's no problem with switching to another colour or even upgrading. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied and you wish to return your purchase please send an email to our customer service team. One of our dedicated team members will respond within 24 hours

Which version of iOS will my device have?
Every iPhone and iPad will be updated to the latest version of iOS. Some devices are no longer supported by Apple so can't be updated past a certain point so we always advise purchasing a fully supported device. This allows you to download any app and keep the highest level of security.
The latest version is currently iOS 12, but iOS 13 will be rolled out later in the year.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept both credit and debit cards along with PayPal payments.
Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit.
Do I get a warranty?
YES! Every device comes with a free 12-Month warranty where we can repair or replace a device if a fault were to arise. You can find out more information on our warranty page.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped.
