So you've just got your iPhone. It's like opening a new gift on Christmas. Here are a few handy tips to get the most out of your new device.
One-Handed Keyboard
Now, most of the time if you really think about it we always text with our thumbs but sometimes in certain situations, we can only hold our device in one hand which makes it difficult to reach for certain letters while texting. Well, not anymore!
Did you know that our iPhones have a one-handed keyboard!? This little tip will make it a lot easier to keep the conversations flowing whilst carrying your morning cappuccino.
Simply go to Settings > General > Keyboards > and tap one-handed keyboard.
You simply select either left or right depending on which hand you find it easier to text with.
Mind-blowing right?
Medical ID
Keeping ourselves and loved ones safe is one of our top priorities. Using the medical ID feature on your iPhone can be life-saving. In an emergency, the emergency services can access important medical information without needing your passcode or access to any other apps. They can see vital data such as your blood type or any important medications that you take.
To provide your info, such as medications you take, open the health app and fill out your Medical ID
iCloud Backups
Have you ever wondered how you back up your data when you want to replace your iPhone? You'll be glad you found these tips some day.
Turn on your iCloud backup in Settings > your name > iCloud > iCloud Backup
If you found this tip useful wait until the next newsletter. Throughout May we will be teaching you how to get the most out of your device.
