How Does Buy & Trade Work?
Buy & Trade allows you to trade in your current device to go against the cost of the device that you would like to buy. The model works in the same way as a part-ex car arrangement! We only charge you the difference in value between the device you would like to buy and the old device you are trading in.
Once you have placed your order, we will immediately send your new device! You will then have 14 days to ship your old traded device to our facility using our provided free postage pack. (We will ship you a free postage pack with your new device. The postage pack includes a free shipping label, packaging, and instructions to send your traded or old device to our facility for free. The 14 days allows you to transfer your data and ensures you're never without a phone, tablet, or watch!
If we don't receive your traded device within 14 days, we may block the new device you have ordered from us until we have completed on of the following:

Disclaimer: Some of the devices we sell will have a new screen fitted. New screens may not be manufacturer original, nevertheless the device will receive a new LCD with True Tone fitted.
