The online initial valuation was reasonable enough, but they ended up paying a little more to me for my iPhone. The postage pack arrived quickly, and after I took it to the post office they got back to me a few days later with the offer. I accepted it online and received the money in my bank about an hour later. Really can’t fault the service whatsoever. I wanted a phone in as good as new as possible and I have to say I got just that with this order. It was easy to order, was kept updated as to delivery, shipping etc. During the order it did say I’d receive 13th but arrived on the 14th which I’m not mad at. It was a present and until I mentioned they had no idea it was refurbished. There were no marks or nicks on the phone. I bought one in excellent condition and that’s what I got. The communication was fantastic right from the outset. From initially inquiring to receiving an email instructing me to send off the phone for review literally a few moments later. Once I had sent the phone off it was received the following day to which I was advised the phone would go through a full review before I would be advised of the price.
